Warpstock, Inc. is pleased to be working with BMT Micro to handle registrations through BMT's online secure ordering
system. Two registration options are available:

 Warpstock Attendees

- Registration is $75 per attendee until October 13th, 1999.
- Door tickets will be $50 for one day and $95 for two days,
- Check below for our policy on children & students attending Warpstock 99.
- Cut-off date for online registrations is October 13th.
- Warpstock Exhibitors

- Exhibitor Registration is $450.
- Two free standard registrations are included.
- Each additional person is $75.
- Cut-off date for online registrations is October 13th.

| Magic Moments |
|
|
- Magic moments, the Warpstock 99 Saturday night social event, hosted by VOICE and Mensys, is available as a
separate registration option at $35 per attendee. Please note that tickets for this event
must be purchased in advance. More Magic...
- We had intended to have onsite registration available on Saturday for the Saturday evening social event,
Magic Moments. The contact person at the hotel states that the chef must have a dinner count by Friday
evening at 5 p.m.
We will have tickets available for the social on Friday, October 15, 1999 from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. We realize that some
of you will not be arriving until Saturday. To accomodate you, if you would like to have a ticket reserved, contact
Judy McDermott, stating your name, and number of tickets to be held in
your name. You will be charged $35 per ticket at the time of your registration.

| Free Admissions to Warpstock |
|
|
- Free admission to the Exhibit Hall only for anyone.
- Students with valid, current high school or college IDs are cordially invited to attend Warpstock 99 Atlanta at no
charge. Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who will have to pay full admission.
- All children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult. No more than 2 children per
adult. Children 16 and under admitted free to the event.

| Early registration discounts |
|
|
- Discounts are only valid when paid within the stated time frames. Discounts are offered for early registration with an
early payment, not simply early registration.
|
| Refund policy |
|
|
- Warpstock, Inc. will provide refunds when requested for conference fees. There
will be a fee of 15% deducted from the refund amount to cover expenses. No
refunds will be given within 45 days of the conference date. You may substitute
another person to attend though.
- For the 1999 Warpstock conference, the cutoff date for refunds will be September
1, 1999. After this date, no refunds can be given.
