Exhibitor move in will begin on Friday October 15th before Warpstock opens. Move out will be on October 17th, after the show floor closes. Exhibitor registration will be on Friday from 11:00AM to noon, while exhibitors will be able to set-up on October 15th, from noon to 00:00AM.

Oh, by the way, we received confirmation from GICC officials that we are completely covered all over the Convention Center Cell phones.

Exhibitors can ship directly to the Sheraton Gateway, but not until immediately before the show. Shipments should be marked as follows:

If packages arrive prior to 3 days before the guest arrival date, the hotel will refuse delivery. They'll allow up to 3 complimentary packages/guestroom or function, so please have them shipped to an individual, and not c/o Warpstock.
