Presentation Equipment
Warpstock will be providing speakers with the required video equipment for their Warpstock presentation in the conference rooms at no cost.

Right now the plans are to put the larger projectors (LitePro 735 - 1024x768) in the 3 Biltmore rooms, and 2 smaller projectors (LitePro 620 - 800x600) in the Cypress and Capri rooms. The 3 Biltmore rooms will have PA equipment. The Cypress/Capri rooms will have not. We're not planning on any A/V equipment in the Malta room.

 
Presentation Templates
For your convenience, we've created some templates in both Freelance and PowerPoint format for use at Warpstock 99. These templates are designed to accommodate headlines not to exceed 2 lines by 30 characters, and 8 bulleted lines by 40 characters. Presenters should also utilize the footer for their name and company name. The templates also include a title slide format.

Freelance SmartMasters

warpscreen.smc - apply this template for screen presentations only. This could also be used for color overhead foils (for the truly ambitious), but we recommend overheads be black and white.

warpprint.smc - apply this template for black and white printed hardcopy or for overhead foils printed on a black and white printer. Note: when printing to a b/w laser printer, DO NOT select the "black and white" or "pure black and white" print options, as the template is already black and white.

Powerpoint Templates
